    Bud has been with Winchester since 2004 and has 35 years of industry experience. He holds degrees in both Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, and specializes in Cable & Wire Harness Design and Assembly. His professional affiliations include IPC620 Committee Vice Chairman, WHMA – Vice Chairman, and he is a Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing Expert. He has received numerous awards, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 Rev B ( Distinguished Committee Service 2013), 731 K Task Group and IPC-D-620 Rev A ( Distinguished Committee Service 2015) WHMA (Distinguished Committee Service IPC/WHMA-A-620 2012). He gives back to his community by being a volunteer for Convoy of Hope and Foster Families Support, and a youth football and baseball coach. As a fun fact, Bud loves drag racing his Mustang GT.

Fong specializes in Cable & Wire Harness Design and Assembly, Semi-Rigid Coax Cable Assembly, and RF Cable Assembly. He received his Bachelors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University of Northumbria and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, LEAN Manufacturing. Fong gives back to his community by volunteering with Charis Hospice Hunt, and loves to play badminton.

He gives back to his community by being a youth soccer, basketball, and football coach. A fun fact about Dan is that he is part owner of a small craft brewery in Santa Rosa, CA called Cooperage Brewing Company.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and has previously held engineering roles at M/A-COM. He specializes in RF Coaxial Connector and Cable Assembly Design and is a member of IEEE and DLA RF Connector Groups. He holds four patents and is passionate about creating designs to solve customer challenges.

    Dennis has been with Winchester since 2012 and has 35 years of industry experience. He previously held multiple positions at Amphenol, Pyle National, FCI, and Clements National before joining Winchester. Dennis is specialized in electrical circular connectors and cable assemblies, ethernet connectors and cable assemblies, and junction box assemblies for ruggedized applications in Rail Mass Transit and Marine Oil & Gas markets. He is a member of the American Public Transportation Association, Railway Supply Institute, and the Midwest High Speed Association. Dennis is also the author of Case Studies titled Custom Engineered Junction Boxes and VN-PC Ethernet for Next Generation Passenger Rail Cars. He gives back to his community by volunteering at church functions and fundraisers and, as a fun fact, he played football in both college and high school, a feat for which he is now “feeling the pain.”

    Doug joined Winchester in 2016, having been with Winchester acquisition, Tekna Seal, since 1993. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is co-inventor on U.S. Patent No’s 5726854 and 5768083. Doug is an experienced outdoorsman – once during a single two-week period he was able to both trek the Amazon basin in Ecuador, and camp in a snow cave in northern Minnesota.

    Ed joined Winchester Interconnect in 2015 when SRI Hermetics was acquired. He has 29 years of industry experience and previously held roles of Microwave Module Assembly at Texas Instruments, VP Engineering at Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, and Founder of SRI Hermetics. Ed specializes in hermetic connector design and higher level assembly integration. He is an award-winning innovator who holds over 25 US Patents. Ed enjoys spending quiet time with his wife, but also wishes he still owned a motocross bike.

He graduated with a BS in Engineering Technology, and previously held positions at Astro Wire and Cable, Helix/Hitemp Cable, Draka, General Cables, and C&M Corporation. George is a member of many professional affiliations including WAI & NEWA, IEEE, and is a UL-62 Standard Technical Panel Member. George is also the author of LSZH Cable and Bundled Cable published by GCC in 2012. He gives back to his community through his men’s club at his church and, as a fun fact, George’s favorite food is mediterranean.

    Jerome has been with Winchester since 2006 and has 26 years of experience in the industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Curtin University and his MBA from Deakin University. Jerome previously held positions as Electronics Engineer – Advanced Optical Fiber Research; Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, and Manager of Micro Optics Group – ADC Telecommunications; and Director of Engineering – Advanced Interconnect. He holds two patents and is the author of the white paper Improving Reliability of Optical System with Expanded Beam Connectors – presented at SMPTE and NEFC. He has given back to his community by being a youth basketball and flag football coach and, as a fun fact, he once did the 24-hour Lemons Race.

John holds 23 Patents and is the author of several white papers: Maximizing 10 Gbps Transmission lath in Copper backplanes with and without transceiver technology – DesignCon 2003; Modeling Long Complex Channels for 10 Gbps NRZ Serial Signaling – Ansoft 2003; and Crosstalk in 10 Gbps Serial Channels: Optimizing the Forgotten Component – DesignCon 2004.

    John Weaver joined Winchester in 2017. After graduating Widener University in 1992 with a BS in mechanical engineering, John held positions at Yuasa Exide, TE Connectivity, Phoenix Contact, and C&M Corporation. He has been in the industry for 23 years and has 5 US patents for Electrical connectors.  In his free time, John has coached many different youth sports and volunteers with a men’s ministry program. As a fun fact, John loves drag racing and riding motorcycles.

    Josh joined Winchester in 2017 when C&M Corporation was acquired. Prior to working at Winchester, he held many different roles within C&M including Lead Machinist, Mold Department Lead,  and CAD Engineering Leader. With over 20 years in the industry, Josh specializes in overmolding. A fun fact about Josh is that he has a twin sister, but he is almost 40 and she’s still 29!

He has an MBA from University of North Alabama and his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejian University. Prior to joining Winchester he held roles with both Motorola Inc. and Panasonic. He specializes in Cable & Wire Harness Design and Assembly, RF Connector Design & Cable Assemblies and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. As a fun fact, Larry played tennis competitively in college and almost became a tennis coach.

    Marc started his career in the industry when he joined Winchester in 2012. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and specializes in Combination D-Sub Connectors, Rack and Panel Connectors, Size 8 RF and Power Contacts, and C-Press PCB Connectors. Marc is passionate about Aerospace and Analysis, and as a fun fact, is a seasoned obstacle race competitor and not only competed at, but completed the 2015 World’s Toughest Mudder, a 24-hour race held in Las Vegas, NV.

    Mike joined Winchester Interconnect in 2016, having been with Winchester acquisition, Tekna Seal, since 2011. He is an American Society for Quality member and has been in the manufacturing industry since 2002. He has a degree from Anoka Technical College for CNC Manufacturing Technology, and gives back to his community by volunteering as a safety advisor for FIRST – a robotics competition for high school students. As a fun fact, Mike is working on his pilot’s license so that he can speed and not have to worry about stoplights.

    Ned joined Winchester in 2017, having been with Winchester acquisition, C&M Corporation, since 1994. Before C&M, he spent 5 years as a Manufacturing Manager of a Magnet Wire Winding company and 2 years as a Manufacturing Manager of a PCB assembly house. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1983, and co-authored Understanding NFPA 79. A fun fact about Ned is that he rebuilds and restores wooden boats on the Jersey Shore.

    Rehan Joined Winchester in 2017 and has over 22 years of industry experience. He has his BSEE from Adamson University and his MSEE from Loyola Marymount University. Previously, he held jobs at Hubbell inc & Molex Inc & GNP Computers. Rehan holds 7 patents and specializes in high-speed cable and cable assembly design. For fun, Rehan enjoys flying kites and drones with his two young boys .

    Rich has been with Winchester since 2017. Prior to his experience with Winchester, he was an application engineer at C&M Corporation for 3 years and has 35 years of experience in the cable assembly industry. Rich has a keen engineering mind specializing in molded connector assembly and mold part design. While some may think the glass is half full, and some think the glass is half empty, Rich thinks the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

As a fun fact, Steve is a huge Red Sox fan and caught a foul ball hit by Big Papi in 2010.

Prior to joining Winchester, he held roles as Design/Test Engineer at Alford Manufacturing, Engineer Manager at Adams Russell, Product Line Manager at AMP/Tyco Electronics, and Director of Business Development, Engineering, and Q&A at TRU Corporation. Tony specializes in RF Coaxial Cable, design and testing of Connectors & Cable Assemblies, and design and testing of Waveguide to Coax Adapters. He is a member of IEEE, Association of Old Crows, and ECA CE-4,0 RF Connector Committee. He is the owner of two patents and the author of many white papers, including The Delay that Speeds Time to Market – Wireless Design & Development July 1999 edition, and Design Techniques for High Power RF Coaxial Cable Assemblies –  IMS 2012 – Richardson RFPD. He gives back to his community by being a youth sports volunteer and, as a fun fact, he’s been inside B52, B-1 and B-2 Bombers.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Yianni has previously held roles at Ansoft and Northrop Grumman Interconnect Technologies. He specializes in High Performance RF and Microwave Interconnects, Antennas, High Speed Digital Signal and Power Integrity, and PCB design and optimization. He is a member of IEEE, SMPTE,  Designcon (technical program committee), and DLA SMP/SMPM specification committee. Yianni enjoys spending time with family and his hobbies include sports, music, reading, and technology.
