Our designs use various light-weight, flexible strength members (Kevlar™ or Vectran™) that can support break-strength requirements of up to 20,000 lbs., while offering different jacket compounds to support varying temperature requirements.

Lightweight flexible synthetic aramid fiber yarns of Kevlar™ or Vectran™ in a torque-balanced braid or dual-served constructions with breaking strength ratings from 800 lbs. to 20,000 lbs.

75-ohm coax of CCTV, SDTV, HDTV ranging from mini 30 AWG to 22 AWG center conductors. Ethernet and VDSL twisted pair designs, as well as fiber optic elements, are available for extremely long lengths up to 3 KM.
Winchester’s Xtreme-Grade Polyurethane is a tried and proven material for added flexibility, high abrasion, and chemical resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and superior bonding properties for over-molding.
